WeVan does not act as a travel agency in the context of the relationship building service between Clients of the offer and Partners. Thus, WeVan cannot be held responsible for the services provided by a Partner following the use of the contact service.<\/p>\n
WeVan is not an operator of tours, activities or experiences, nor a supplier of tours or activities, and WeVan does not sell or resell the services of the Partners. WeVan is neither an agent nor an insurer. WeVan's role in the "We Van, You Fish" offers is to rent the van or vans, check the availability of Partners and facilitate free contact.<\/p>\n
WeVan is not a party to the contract between Customers and Partners. WeVan does not act as an agent of the Client or Partner. Nor may WeVan be held liable, for any reason whatsoever, in the event of a dispute between the Client and the Partner concerning the breakage, loss or theft of the equipment.<\/p>\n
WeVan does not control or guarantee the existence, quality, safety, suitability or legality of Partners' offers, the truth or accuracy of Partners' offer descriptions, or the performance or conduct of any Partners or third parties.<\/p>\n
The Partners' General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any subscription of a service with one of them, and in particular with regard to payment, cancellation or even the subscription of compulsory insurance. The Partners' General Terms and Conditions of Sale are available on their respective websites or on request.<\/p>\n
Any activity that the Client carries out outside the scope of the activity programme defined by the Partner shall not be the responsibility of the Partner or WeVan. WeVan does not have the material means to verify the sporting level announced by the Customers and cannot be held liable in the event of injury, accident or death during the practice of the sport or any other activity, of a person registered on one of its activities and outside the Partner's activity.<\/p>\n
