WeVan Franchise processes personal data received directly from the user in order to take prerequisite or necessary measures to complete the rental contract offered by WeVan Franchise or the companies in its franchise network.
Data collected and purposes
The categories of data collected and processed are the following: surname, first name, telephone number, email address, mailing address.
Unless these data are provided, WeVan Franchise will not be able to complete the rental request.
In addition, these data may be used to inform users and customers about new offerings, promotions, and information relating to the WE-VAN franchise network, as well as to send them the network newsletter, unless users and customers exercise their right to opt out.
Tracking pixels in emails
Some emails sent by WeVan Franchise may include tracking pixels, that is, small images which, when loaded, make it possible to collect certain information about how the message is viewed, such as whether it has been opened.

Duration of storage
The data collected are stored for the duration of performance of the contractual relationship and for a period of three (3) years if the person concerned does not exercise their right to opt out.
In addition, data collected via cookies are stored for thirteen (13) months from the date on which the cookie is placed on the computer or other terminal used to view the website.
After that period, WeVan Franchise erases the data , subject to legal and regulatory obligations requiring the company to archive the data.
