Who can hire a professional minibus from WeVan?
Our professional minibus hires are designed for a wide range of clients: companies, event agencies, sports clubs, associations, audiovisual production teams and many more.

Can an additional driver be added to the hire contract?
Yes, you can add one or more additional drivers by paying a supplementary fee per driver.
Each driver must meet the hire requirements (minimum age and a valid driving licence held for at least 24 months) and must be listed on the contract at the time of booking. Except in legitimate, unforeseeable circumstances, only the drivers named on the hire contract are authorised to drive the vehicle.
Can I cancel my professional minibus hire?
Yes. You can cancel your minibus hire by simply sending us a written request by email.
Cancellation is free if made within 24 hours of booking or at least 15 days before the departure date.
After this period, a fee equal to half the total amount of your booking will apply.For full details, please refer to our professional minibus hire terms & conditions.
How does vehicle return work?
Your professional minibus hire ends with the return of the vehicle to the same WeVan agency where you picked it up, along with the keys, documents and any supplied accessories. If you have not selected the Cleaning Package, the vehicle must be returned in the same level of cleanliness as when you collected it.
