Free pick-up at the level of the Airport Express Parking ( French side). Shuttle service by booking only, in partnership with BluePark.

By personal vehicle from Mulhouse:

The agency is located in Bartenheim only 4 minutes away from the Basel-Mulhouse Airport. Take the A35 towards the airport then take the Bartenheim exit. At the roundabout, take the first exit to the right. At the second roundabout, take the 2^nd exit. Ride along the Intermarché then turn on the left and follow the WeVan/BluePark signs.

By personal vehicle from Basel:

Cross the French border, head towards Mulhouse, exit at Bartenheim. At the turnabout take the 3d exit towards Bartenheim, cross over the bridge. At the turnabout take the 2^nd exit, ride along the Intermarché, then, turn left and follow the WeVan/BluePark signs.

Campervan hire for a roadtrip to Switzerland

Thanks to the campervan hire agency of Bale Mulhouse, we rented a campervan for a visit in Switzerland. We particularly appreciated to be able to visit Gsaad and to spend several nights there without the cost of hotels, which are very expensive in this resort. Which campervan road trip can you take from Basel-Mulhouse along the Alsace Wine Route?

After hiring your campervan at the WeVan Basel-Mulhouse agency, head for the Ballons des Vosges nature park. After this first breath of fresh air, join the Alsace Wine Route towards Eguisheim and Riquewihr, a pretty Alsatian village encircled by the Kaysersberg vineyards. Set off again with a detour via Haut-Koenigsbourg castle before continuing towards the winegrowing lands of Central Alsace, around Rosheim and Molsheim. End your odyssey around Wissembourg and Cleebourg, on the German border. Naturally, on long days devoted to wine tasting, leave the campervan in the car park or appoint a designated driver. Allow 3–4 days to really take your time exploring the Alsace Wine Route in a campervan.

What are the opening hours of the WeVan Basel-Mulhouse agency for hiring a campervan?

Please note that our team is present at the WeVan Basel-Mulhouse agency by appointment only, during the scheduled opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Do you need specific insurance to hire a campervan in Basel-Mulhouse and cross the border?

When you book your campervan, you'll be able to choose your level of protection. Only the Medium and Premium levels include international assistance, in addition to lowering your excess, to €800 and €300 respectively.
