Do I need a special license to drive a “large model” 5 berth campervan?

The Campérêve Family Van is based on a Fiat Ducato, an admittedly relatively large utility vehicle, which nevertheless remains below the 3.5 tonne mark even when it is fully equipped. The B license is enough to get behind the wheel and go on an adventure, regarding tolls, however, it is a class 2 vehicle.
What equipment is present in a “large model” 5 berth van?
